Driver License System

Information on licensed drivers in Florida is managed by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
Driver records include:

• Driver restrictions;
• Driver history (convictions);
• Court dismissals/reductions;
• Type and status of license;
• Collision involvement;
• Pending citations; and
• Driver improvement/training.
